A Studio Like No Other
Park Hill Yoga offers classes in the tradition of BKS Iyengar. Classes are small. Our teachers study for many years to become Iyengar certified, ensuring informed and specific instruction.
We have no mirrors. Our purpose is to allow you to reflect inwardly without distractions, in a supportive environment. Clear, precise instructions and physical adjustments bring your physical body into alignment while you practice asanas.
Yoga is for everybody. Our teachers will teach to every person in the class — you need not worry about the class being too fast or too slow.
Located in a converted 1907 carriage house, exposed brick walls and wood flooring provide a peaceful setting. Bathed in natural light, our studio's radiant heat floors keep the temperature warm in the winter. There is no music, no mirrors, and no distractions other than a glimpse at Colorado's changing seasons and blue skies.
“The light that yoga sheds on life is something special. It is transformative. It does not change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.
